We built in a fire pit and seat for enjoyment by the pool.

Inside the garage doors is a lovely space with a beautiful epoxy coated concrete floor. The water closet is to the right and the shower to the left of the sliding doors.

The flagstone, pool and Ipe deck set this space up for a lot of fun and entertainment. The metal spiral staircase gives access to the second floor balcony.

A trellis was placed on top of the new block wall for privacy.
